The Tennessee Library for the
Blind and Physically Handicapped

A free library program of Braille, recorded and large print materials is available through TLBPH to residents of Tennessee who are not able to use standard print materials due to a visual or physical disability.

TumbleBook Library is an online collection of TumbleBooks, which are animated, talking picture books which teach kids the joy of reading in a format they'll love.

 

500,000th Item Checked Out at Johnson City Public Library
Nora Pugh, daughter of Joey and Rachael Pugh, checked out the 500,000th book this fiscal year (our fiscal year started July 1, 2012). The library continues to have a record breaking year in both visits and items checked out!
